A.D.A.M., Inc. Hires Director to Oversee BenergyOS Flexible Spending Account Administration

ATLANTA - (BUSINESS WIRE) - A.D.A.M., Inc. (Nasdaq: ADAM - News) today announced that Sunny Simpson has been appointed as the Director of BenergyOS, the flexible spending account (FSA) administration arm of the company's OnlineBenefits operating unit. This is an important new position to the company, and demonstrates A.D.A.M.'s commitment to invest further into financial services for employee benefits. Ms. Simpson will be responsible for the operations and customer service of BenergyOS, and with her strong background in managing Consumer-Driven Health (CDH) operations and Health Savings Account (HSA) services, will serve an important role in the company's move towards becoming a full-service CDH administrator.

Ms. Simpson joins A.D.A.M. with more than 20 years of experience in customer service and operations with companies such as Pennsylvania Blue Shield, Coventry Health and Bank of America. Most recently, she was in charge of a large customer service operation for DST Administrators, which is the outsourced provider of HSA services for Bank of America.
