Will A.D.A.M. The Inside Story run on Windows XP?

Follow the instructions below:

1. Explore the the ADAM's folders and look for the QTW folder.

2. Install quicktime included with cd, version 2.12 (SKIP removing your latest version), and run test at end.

3. after installation, look for the inside.exe in the start\programs menu folders.

4. do a right click on the inside.exe (leaf icon) to review its properties. select the compatibility mode:

5. the compatibility mode needs to be on win 98 and run with 256 colors or 16 bit colors

6. Keep the adam cd inserted at all times.

7. Give full read & write rights to the following folders:

c:\ADAM\ADAMSOFT & c:\WINDOWS

8. For the error "Digital video failed to initialize" just press "OK"
