Revved Up Focus on Client Service

 Revved Up to Deliver the Best Client ServiceLike a racecar driver preparing for the best race ever, the entire Benergy team has a revved up focus on delivering the best client service possible. The last several months we’ve been expanding the team, adding new technologies, implementing new processes, and accelerating the pace of new product development all with one goal in mind – your customer satisfaction.

Here's a start on the changes we're making:

  • New Ways to Contact Us – We’re getting ready to introduce a click-to-chat feature so you’ll have another easy way to contact us. Click-to-chat is ideal if you just need a quick response to a routine question. We’re also developing a Client Support Portal where you’ll be able to log a case, search the solution finder, and much more. Plus you can still contact us at 1-800-475-4041 or benergy@adam.com.
  • Phone Support Efficiencies – We recently upgraded to a new phone system, with new phone menus, so we can direct your calls to the right people who can answer your questions that much faster.
  • We also recently integrated our phone system with Salesforce, so when you call we’ll be able to access your account details immediately. As part of this initiative, we’re also in the process of assigning support IDs for each client. The next time you call Benergy, we will provide the account support ID number you can use each time you call. In addition, we’ll be implementing a case number process so we can more efficiently track the resolution of issues.
  • Dedicated Client Relationship Managers – We're assigning dedicated Client Relationship Managers to specific territories. They will be responsible for helping you manage your relationship with A.D.A.M., assisting with strategic planning, product training, utilization and site audits, as well as annual account reviews.
  • Expanding Implementation Team – With the increase in implementation volumes, we’ve recently hired several new team members who bring additional experience with efficiently managing online benefits implementations.
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enhancements – We recently partnered with Pervasive Software. This strategic alliance provides our clients with a more scalable solution and enhanced capabilities to ensure that enrollment data is exchanged accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • As part of this initiative, we’ve revamped the process for integrating carrier and HRIS/Payroll data feeds into implementation projects. In addition, an EDI analyst recently joined our team to monitor our EDI processes.
  • Benergy Connect newsletter – Now you can keep up to date on what’s new from Benergy. Each issue will feature client services and product updates, along with info on health care reform, upcoming webinars, events, and much more. We hope you’ll find this newsletter helpful and encourage you to forward it on to your employer clients. New Benergy Helpline & More

Introducing Benergy HelplineWe’re excited to introduce some new and enhanced Benergy products.

  • New Benergy Helpline – Now employers can give employees access to a team of experts who can answer benefit questions, enroll them in plans, resolve claims issues, and much more. In addition to improving employee satisfaction, Helpline can help reduce HR administration costs and ensure compliance with the latest regulations. Services are available via phone, email or live chat, Monday through Saturday with extended service hours, in both English and Spanish.

  • New Enrollment Ad Hoc Reporting – We have started production deployment of new ad hoc reporting capabilities within the Benergy Enrollment Reporting Suite. You can look for the new Ad Hoc link in the Reports section of your application to appear over the next week. In addition, you will be receiving communication about upcoming training on the Ad Hoc report writer. With ad hoc reporting you can easily sort, filter, present and export the specific benefits data you need to analyze your customer and employee information without the need for developer’s assistance.

  • Control Center Enhancements – Now when you go into Control Center, you’ll see improvements in better overall performance, faster page load times, elimination of many pop-ups, Firefox Browser compatibility, and improved ease of use.

  • eTools Enhancements– The eTools site has been revamped for easier navigation. Plus you’ll find lots of new materials, including sales sheets, promotional employee posters, client and prospect email templates, direct mail templates, updated user guides, wallet cards, and more. We already have plans to continue to provide additional marketing materials and campaigns for your use.

Meet Your Client Services Team
Nicole Rosado
Training and Development Manager

Nicole Rosado is the new training and development manager for Benergy. Prior to joining the company, Nicole was the training and development manager for CompuCredit, where she managed the training and quality programs for all of the services offered, including the training design and performance analytics. In 2009, her training team ranked 24th on Training Magazine’s list of the top 125 training organizations!

Nicole is a native of Puerto Rico. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her family and relax with a great magazine.

Quick Tip

Would you like to change the default text on your Benergy portal homepage? If so, follow these easy steps:

  • Under the Organization tab, click on "Company Information."
  • Scroll down to "Greeting and Introduction" and click on the "Preview/Override" button.
  • Check the "Override the Homepage general introduction and replace it with the text below" box and enter your custom text. Please note there is a 2000 character maximum.
  • Click on "Save" on the bottom of the screen when you're finished.
  • When you return to the Organization: Company Information page, please remember to click "Save" or "Next" at the bottom of the screen to make sure your changes are saved to the portal.
