The 2010 A.D.A.M. Tech Support Survey

We recently sent out a survey invitation to over 300 A.D.A.M. clients who have used A.D.A.M. Technical Support over the past year for product implementation or general technical support. We’re happy to report that those who responded to our survey were overwhelmingly positive about our tech support, with 100% of respondents reporting that they were satisfied with the support they received and 8 out of 10 of those reporting that they were very satisfied. The majority of respondents also rated our technical support as excellent in the following areas:

  • Speed of delivery (81.8%)
  • Expertise of staff (81.7%)
  • Responsiveness of staff (78.3%)
  • Courtesy and professionalism of staff (79.7%)
  • Timeframe for delivery/solving your issue (78.3%)
