About the presenters:
Dr. John Borowski is a board-certified family physician with broad experience in hospital and clinic-based medical care. He is a graduate of the University of Melbourne Medical School, and completed a graduate diploma in family medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Master's degree in public health at the University of London. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Borowski has worked in HMO management and healthcare policy research. Dr. Borowski also served as a military physician for some years, and holds the rank of major. Dr. Borowski has been heavily involved in the training of family physicians, interns, and medical students, and lectures widely to professional and lay audiences. Since joining A.D.A.M. in 2011, he has been a key innovator of authentic case-based and narrative-based eLearning.
Trish Enright has been a professional Nurse for over twenty years. She began her career as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse and advanced to a specialized transplant team. She is a graduate of Illinois Benedictine University, where she obtained her BSN and Louis University where she studied Business Management. She has worked with health plans and hospital personnel offering training and education modules as well as introducing software technology to advance and improve clinical practice. Trish is the newest member to the A.D.A.M. team concentrating on promoting A.D.A.M.'s products and services to the managed care sector; she has also been instrumental in launching A.D.A.M.'s eLearning program for continuing education credit.
